The Amazing Ahkiyyini

For `Vlei's Modern Myth Contest.

My assigned mythical creature was Ahkiyyini. Here's the description from Wikipedia.

"Ahkiyyini is a dancing skeleton in Inuit folklore. He was responsible for causing shipwrecks in the ocean; his dancing made the waves vibrate, influencing the way the boats move. Ahkiyyini played instrumental music, using human arm bones to beat his xylophone of shoulder blades."

That's the entire article, and the rest of the internet has little else to offer about this guy.

So how do I modernize someone who can make the waves vibrate with his dancing?

Simple... by making him a performer who juggled aircraft carries. Isn't it obvious?

I didn't include him hitting his shoulder blades with bones, I figure in this day and age, he can use a professional sound system (or a live band).
